This is a managed service, not outright ownership of the website — you're licensed to use the live site while your plan is active. The ownership difference is explained honestly on each card below.

Own it outright

Pay for the build and the files are yours to keep and host wherever you like. Both routes give you a premium, mobile-first website built to bring in enquiries — the difference is upfront cost and ownership.

Managed Website

Low to start. Fully handled.

£249 to start, then £59/month

Minimum six months — £603 total minimum commitment. After that it continues monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Third-party costs — such as domain registration and renewal, booking platforms, paid software and stock media — are separate unless a quote says otherwise. Your domain is registered in your own account, so it stays yours.

Managed spreads the cost (£249 + £59/month) and keeps everything handled — hosting, security, updates — but the website's design and code stay with us while your plan is active. One-Off (£699) is a website you own: once it's fully paid, the files are yours to keep and host anywhere, though hosting and maintenance are then separate.

With One-Off and Growth, yes — the files are yours after full payment. With Managed, no: you're licensed to use the live site while your plan is active, and the design and code stay with us. After your first six months you can buy a one-time transfer for £399 to own the files.

Your plan simply continues month to month at £59/month, with everything still managed. There's no new commitment — you can carry on, or cancel with 30 days' notice. We'll send a reminder around month five so the end of the minimum term never takes you by surprise.

Yes, after the six-payment minimum. A one-time transfer of the website files is £399. Without a transfer, if you end the plan the managed site comes offline at the end of your paid period — you keep your domain and everything you supplied.

With Managed and any Care Plan, yes. With a One-Off or Growth build they're separate — most customers add a Care Plan so it's all looked after.

Care Plans are rolling with 30 days' notice. When it ends, hosting, monitoring and support stop at the end of your paid period. If you own your files (One-Off/Growth) you keep them; there's no refund for unused time within a paid month.
